Hi Build Elastomeric Waterproof Coating is a single-component, acrylic-based, high-build elastomeric waterproofing system designed to provide long-term protection for exposed roofs and concrete structures. Once cured, it forms a tough, seamless, and highly flexible membrane that accommodates structural movement while resisting UV radiation and harsh weather conditions.

This water-based, non-toxic coating offers excellent crack-bridging performance and is widely used to protect concrete against carbonation and chloride ion penetration, extending the service life of buildings and infrastructure.
