Windshield Sealant

MS Windshield is an MS polymer based sealant designed for primer less adhesion of automobile windscreen to various types of substrates of dissimilar porosity and surface texture.
MS Windshield combines the unique features of silicone and polyurethane sealants. It is a moisture cure system adhesive sealant and “Non” bubbling when applied in high humidity or to moist substrates.

How to apply
Substrates must be clean, dry and free from grease, dirt, oil, detergent and loose materials. Clean the surface with CGSEAL CLEANER / ACTIVATOR before application of sealant for good bonding. Cut tip off cartridge, cut nozzle to desired size at 45o angle. Screw nozzle onto cartridge. Insert cartridge into caulking gun. Push sealant ahead for uniform bead, Clean off excess sealant with toluene before dry.
Curing time
ESSRBOND 1007 GB will form skin in approximately 10 minutes and it will cure to a depth of 4 mm in 24 hours. Longer curing time may be necessary in dry and low humid areas. Storage: Material should be stored in a cool and dry lace. Temperature of storage should between 5º C to 30º C.
