Product Overview

Liquid Silicone Roof Coating is a high-solids, single-component, moisture-curing silicone coating for the restoration and long-term waterproof protection of existing roof systems. A practical and cost-effective alternative to full roof replacement when a roof is leaking or deteriorating but the structure is still sound.

Applied by brush or roller directly to most existing roof surfaces, the coating cures to a seamless, highly flexible elastomeric membrane that remains permanently elastic, resistant to UV and capable of withstanding ponding water.

A good option for building owners looking to extend the watertightness of their roof for years to come without the cost of a full re-roof. Also well suited to roofs with many penetrations where fitting a sheet membrane would be difficult or impractical.
