Product Overview

Brushable Polyurea is a highly durable, two-component, brush-applied polyurea waterproofing coating designed for roofs and exposed surfaces where outstanding waterproofing performance and mechanical durability are required.

The coating cures to form a seamless, blister-free, non-penetrating membrane with zero water absorption, delivering long-term resistance to moisture ingress, UV exposure, and mechanical stress. Its fast curing characteristics and excellent adhesion make it suitable for both new construction and refurbishment projects.

Brushable Polyurea is also available in a pure aliphatic version for applications requiring enhanced UV stability and colour retention. The system can be applied directly over bitumen membranes with appropriate surface preparation.
