Primers For Absorbent Surfaces (AS 014)

One component, polyurethane based primer material. Contains solvent.

Mainly used  before polyurethane based materials’s applications. It is used  for increasing corrosion resistance of mineral based surfaces. Give high adhere power before the application of polyurethane coatings.

Primers For Non- Absorbent Surfaces (SA 015)

One component silane based primer which is suitable for polymer based coatings, top coats, joint filler sealants and floor coatings.

Application Fields

SA 015 is especially made for PU materials such as coatings, adhesives, joint fillers, paints that applied on non porous surfaces (concrete, fiberglass, ceramic tile etc.) . Contarary to film form primers SA 015 will make nano coating (a few molecul thickness). One face reacts with the surface and the other face reacts with the material that applied on the surface therefore adhesion become much more stronger. Without being third layer between surface and the material SA 015 adhered both side strongly. Applied one or two times depanding on the porosity of the surface. Not suitable for dusty surfaces and re-application  that cleaned from the old joint fillers.
